Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a registration or enrollment fee?
Yes, there is a one-time $25 Family Membership Fee that covers all siblings ★ you only pay it once at enrollment, no matter how many children you enroll. Please note if you leave you will be charged the registration fee again as it is only waived with continual  enrollment
Are there long-term contracts?
No! Tuition is billed monthly with no long-term commitment required. You can cancel or change classes with proper notice.
Can I try a class before enrolling?
Absolutely! We offer a free trial class so your child can experience the gym before committing. Sign up for a free trial here.
Do prices change throughout the year?
Tuition rates are set at enrollment and are subject to annual review. Any changes are communicated well in advance.
What if my child misses a class?
We offer make-up classes for missed sessions. Please contact us to schedule a make-up at a time that works for your family.
How do I know which class level is right for my child?
Our staff will help place your child in the right class based on their age and experience. New students are welcome to try a free trial class first so we can make the best recommendation.
